Deputy Speaker to depart for Delhi officially

  Dharamsala: Deputy Speaker Ven. Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok is scheduled to depart for the capital city, Delhi to officially meet important dignitaries and to pay his respect to the late veteran journalist and long time supporter of Tibetan cause, Dr. N.
