The second day of the 3rd session of 16th TPiE began on 15th March at 9:30am. Official resolution on solidarity was presented and members participated in the discussion. The resolution was unanimously  passed.

In the afternoon, discussion was held on finance Minister’s annual budget 2017-18 proposal and report of Budget Estimate Committee presented by its chairman, Ven. Geshe Monlam Tharchin. Further explanation was given by finance minister and chairman of the committee on the report submitted by the committee. Session was followed by department wise budget approval.
