In accordance with Article 40 of the Charter of Tibetans in exile, the Second Session of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will be convened from 16 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 (9 days) at the Parliamentary Hall of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.

All Members of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile are hereby requested to be present and mark their attendance during the session.
