Dharamshala: On August 17, 2026, Parliamentarians Tenpa Yarphel and Gyaltsen Choekye Gagya, accompanied by Tenzin Choeying, Secretary of the Ravangla Tibetan Settlement Office, and the Chair of the Local Tibetan Assembly, paid a pilgrimage visit to Ralang Palchen Choeling Monastery and Buddha Park in Ravangla, South Sikkim.

During their visit to Ralang Palchen Choling, they received an audience with Tsurphu Goshir Gyaltsab Rinpoche at the monastery. They also visited the Palchen Choling Monastery, a significant seat of Buddhist practice, before proceeding to the Buddha Park (Thatagata Tsal) in Ravangla for pilgrimage and site visits.
