Dharamshala: On 18 August 2026, Parliamentarians Tenpa Yarphel and Gyaltsen Choekye Gagya, accompanied by the Sponsorship Secretary of the Tibetan Settlement Office and the President of the Regional Tibetan Freedom Movement (BRDL), visited several monasteries and institutions in the Ravangla Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement.

During their visit, they toured Thupten Dargyeling Monastery, Lelung Nyagton Monastery, Shuri Shang Yungdrung Kundrakling Monastery, Kyegu Dagmo Choeling Nunnery, the Tibetan Settlement Office and staff quarters, the Local Tibetan Assembly Hall, the Regional Tibetan Freedom Movement Office, Sambhota Day School, the Local Cooperative Store and Office, the health clinic, Men-Tsee-Khang, and Camps 1 to 7.
