Dharamshala: As part of the program of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Parliamentarians Tenzin Choezin and Ngawang Lodoe Drawu continued their official visit to Tibetan communities in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

On the fifth day of their official parliamentary visit to Dehradun dated 7th September, 2026, Parliamentarians Tenzin Choezin and Ngawang Lodoe Drawu visited Lingtsang Tibetan Settlement, where they held a two-hour public talk and Q&A session with the community.

The discussion covered key issues concerning the Tibetan people, including the legacy of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the situation inside Tibet, Tibet in the international arena, the resolutions of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, and the parliamentary press statement issued following the self-immolation of Tibetan martyr Lobga Rangzen at the UN Headquarters in New York.

Following the session, the Parliamentarians visited Palpung Kunkhyab Choeling Monastery, Tsechen Shedrup Samten Phuntsokling Nunnery, Za Mongyal Yungdrungling Monastery, Sakya Institute of Vajrayana and Ngor Evam Choeden Monastery to seek blessings.

They then proceeded to Gephelling Tibetan Settlement, where they met community members individually and listened to their concerns, requests, and matters requiring discussion.
