Dharamsala: Former Deputy Speaker Dorjee Damdul who has come to Dharamsala for the offering of long life prayer to His Holiness the Dalai Lama from former staff members of CTA visits Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile at 9:30 am today.

Deputy Speaker Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok received the former Deputy Speaker at his office and presented books published by Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile regarding self-immolations inside Tibet, introduction to TPiE, etc and briefed about current functioning of TPiE.

Dorjee Damdul appreciated works of TPiE as he has been watching live parliamentary sessions and asked to continue working for the common cause and fulfill His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s wishes.

He then visited Library cum Conference hall, Parliament hall and met some of the members of standing committee.
