Deputy Speaker, Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok after attending the 58th Tibetan National Uprising Day, left to Puruwala and attended long life ceremony of 41st Sakya Trirab on 11th March 2017.

On that same day after the ceremony, Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok left to Karnal and participated in All India Religious Conference. On 12th March from 09:00am to 02:00pm during the conference, deputy speaker met with Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana, religious leaders from 6 different sects, Mr. Kaptain Singh, governor of Haryana and Acharya Dev Virat, Governor of Himachal Pradesh and presented Tibetan Parliament’s souvenir to the dignitaries. The guests then gave speech on oneness and unity of sects and Deputy Speaker also gave speech on Tibetan Buddhism and our distinct culture.
