Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok Today wrote to the Mr.Yukio Edano,the President of Constitution Democratic Party of Japan congratulating him and the members of his party on the new formation of Constitution Democratic Party of Japan and deserving victory in the early parliamentary election.
