Deputy Speaker Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok will be leaving tomorrow from Dharamsala for Morarji Desai Memorial Lecture programme to deliver a lecture on the title “Tibet Mukti Sadhana Aur Bharat” on 10th April, 2017 at Langat Singh College, Muzaffarpur in Bihar. The programme is jointly organised by Morarji Desai Memorial Committee and Langat Singh College of Muzaffarpur.

Mr. Morarji Desai was the Former Prime Minister of India.
