Dharamsala : Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-exile, Ven. Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok is scheduled to attend the inauguration of the newly-constructed library of International Buddha Education Institute as its Chief Guest in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.

He will depart from Dharamsala in the evening of Jan 19 and will attend the inauguration program at International Buddha Education Institute the next day.

He will return to Dharamsala on Jan 22.
