DHARAMSHALA: Deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok will be leaving Dharamshala tomorrow for a twelve-day official tour from 1-12 February 2017.

He will be back in Dharamshala on the 13 February 2017.
