Tibetan Parliamentary Delegation led by Dy. Speaker, Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok welcomed and greeted Vice President of Indian National Congress, Hon. Rahul Gandhi at Dharamsala police ground on 24th December 2016 during his visit in Himachal Pradesh for the rally on Congress Governments Achievement in four years of power and the coming election.
