Members of Dharamsala Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association visit Tibetan Parliament

Dharamsala: Coinciding with the third day of the Fourth session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Mr. Vikas Nehria, member of Dharamsala Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association, along with 19 local Indian youths visited the Tibetan Parliament in association with Dharamsala Tibetan settlement office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They were received by the Deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliamentary, Ven. Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok and explained the youths about the history of Tibet, present situation of Tibet, Tibet support groups as well as on the procedure of the parliamentary session.

Their presence in the parliament hall were acknowledged by the Speaker’s salutation in the midst of the session as well.
