Dharamsala: Member of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Geshe Monlam Tharchin and Gyarik Thar Lutasng will be leaving for Bir Tibetan Society, Bir to conduct a five-days workshop on ‘Strengthening of Democracy at the Grass-root level to the members of the Local Tibetan Assembly’ from May 17 -21, 2018 to the members of Local Tibetan Assembly and Settlement officers from Bir Dege Tibetan Settlement; Bir Tibetan Settlement; Bir Nangchen Tibetan Settlement, Chauntra;  Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement, Dalhousie ; Kullu Palrabling Tibetan Settlement, Dobhi ; Mandi Tibetan Settlement and Revalsar (Tso Pema).

They will be leave for Bir Tibetan Society from Dharamsala on May 16, 2018.
