Parliamentarians Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende and Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen
Dharamsala: As per the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile’s Tibetan settlements visitation/assessment program, Parliamentarians Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende and Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen are officially visiting Doeguling Tibetan Settlement, Mundgod and its nearby areas from 12-21 October 2019.
Parliamentarians Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende and Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen are scheduled to leave from Delhi on 13 October and return to their respective places on 20 October.
