Parliamentarians Geshe Monlam Tharchin and Ratsa Sonam Norbu

Dharamsala: As per the 16^th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile’s Tibetan settlements visitation/assessment program, Parliamentarians Geshe Monlam Tharchin and Ratsa Sonam Norbu are visiting Tibetan communities of Banglore, Mysore, Mangalore, and  Lungsam Tibetan Settlement Bylakuppe

Parliamentarians are scheduled to depart from Dharamsala on 23rd August 2019 and return back on 5^th September 2019.
