Dharamshala: As part of the program of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Parliamentarians Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen and Sonam Norbu Ratsa successfully concluded their official visit to Odisha Phuntsokling Settlement.

On 18 August, the parliamentarians visited the Sambhota Tibetan School and the Sambhota branch school thereafter. The MPs inspected the school’s premises, class rooms, and other facilities after giving talks to students and teachers.

In the afternoon, the parliamentarians met with the general public of the settlement and addressed the gathering. Following their public gathering, the parliamentarians also visited some faraway farm lands and cooperative society’s go down. The settlement’s operative society hosted a dinner in the honour of the visiting MPs in the evening.
