
Dharamshala: As per the program of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Parliamentarians Yeshi Dolma and Geshe Atong Rinchen Gyaltsen during their visit to Tezu Dhargyeling, on 13 August 2026, inspect the relocation project under the Bring Back Compact Community (BBCC) program in camp no 6. Following that, they held a meeting with several underprivileged and needy Tibetans.
In the afternoon, a public gathering was held at the Yumbu Lagang Hall in Tezu Dhargyeling, where they addressed the public and conducted a Q&A session. In the evening, the Tibetan Settlement Office hosted a dinner in honour of them with local organizations gathered.
On the morning of 14 August, they met with the Deputy Commissioner of Tezu, Shri Kesang Ngorup Damo. They are scheduled to depart for Miao Choephelling to continue their official programs.
