Dharamshala: According to the schedule of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, a delegation comprising parliamentarians Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende and Phurpa Dorjee Gyaldhong will visit Tibetan communities in Srinagar, Kargil, and various regions of Ladakh—including Leh, Zanskar, Nubra, Dhurduk, Jangthang Nubma, Kakshung, Goeyul, Hanley, Makyu, Chumur, Sumdoe, and Samedh—from October 7 to 21, 2024.
The delegation will depart from Dharamshala on October 7, traveling to Srinagar via Chandigarh, where they will engage with the community for two days. From October 11 to 13, they will hold meetings in Leh, Zanskar, Nubra, and Dhurduk, followed by visits to Jangthang Nubma, Kakshung, and Goeyul on October 14 and 15. For the next three days, they will visit Hanley, Makyu, Chumur, Sumdoe, and Samedh, concluding with a return to Leh before heading back to Dharamshala on October 21, 2024.
