DHARAMSHALA: Hon’ble Prof. Shanta Kumar, former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, former minister of the government of India, serving member of Indian Parliament from Lak Sabha and Convener of All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet (APIPFT), today graced the Tibetan Parliamentary Secretariat on the ongoing second session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile at Gangchen Kyishong.

Hon’ble Prof. Shanta Kumar is a dedicated and longtime supporter of Tibet and the Tibetan issue.

This session will be concluded on 29 September 2016.
