Deputy Speaker along with Prof. Tejinder Sharma and Dr. Manoj Sharma

Dharamsala: Prof. Tejinder Sharma, director of Kurukshetra University who has come to Dharamsala for some official work visited Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile along with Dr. Manoj Sharma, Assistant Prof. of Himachal Pradesh University Regional Centre and Dr. Vishal Nehria on 12 July 2019.
Deputy Speaker Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok received them at his office and briefed them about evolution of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and democratization of Tibetan polity, current situation inside Tibet, and Middle Way Approach.
He then spoke about panel discussions organized by TPiE in various colleges in the past and expressed wish of organizing similar panel discussion in their university in future.
Prof. Tejinder Sharma expressed his appreciation for enlightening him on Tibet’s issue and promised to spread awareness on Tibet’s issue amongst youngsters. Finally, Deputy Speaker presented them books published by TPiE as a memento and visited Parliament hall.
