Dharamsala : Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel today cngratulated Sh. Neiphiu Rio, on becoming the Chief Minister of Nagaland state for the fourth term.

In the congratulaory letter, he wrote, ‘It is clear that your incessant victory indicates the huge degree of trust and confidence that the people of Nagaland have chosen you again as the Chief Minister of state.’

Expressing his gratitude for the invaluable supports and concern for the Tibetan issue as well as for sparing time to meet the Tibetan parliamentary delegations, he wished the Chief Minister of Nagaland prayers and best wishes in fulfilling the expectations and aspirations of his people.
