Dharamshala: Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, the Speaker of the 17^th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, is scheduled to attend the 37^th birth anniversary commemoration of the 11^th Panchen Lama at the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery based in Karnataka’s Bylakuppe Tibetan settlement on 25^th April 2026.

The Speaker will depart from Dharamshala to Delhi on 22^nd April, and to Bangalore from Delhi on 23^rd April. On 24^thApril, the Speaker will leave for Bykakuppe and attend the event on 25^th April.
