Late Arun Jaitley, former Finance Minister

Dharamsala: Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Pema Jungney offers his condolence on behalf of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and all the Tibetans over the demise of veteran politician and former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on 24th August 2019.

In the condolence letter, Speaker expresses deep sadness, and offers condolence to wife Smt. Sangeeta Jaitley, and family members.

Speaker wrote ‘His service for the people and Government of India during his leadership as the Parliamentarian, Union Minister, Defence Minister, and Finance Minister is impeccable. He was an excellent administrator, orator, and an outstanding leader. His service for the nation will be long remembered. ’’

“We are with you in this hour of grief and pray for the departed soul” he wrote.
