Pema Jungney, Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile

Dharamsala: Speaker Pema Jungney of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile to attend the inaugural ceremony of Sowa-Rigpa Day and the 6th conference of Central Council of Tibetan Medicine as a special guest in Delhi organized by the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine on 11 September 2019.

Speaker is scheduled to depart Dharamsala today, attend the ceremony on 11th September 2019 and then leave Delhi on the same day.
