Dharamsala : Speaker of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel is scheduled to visit Latvia, Belgium and France from Nov 13 to 23 for a ten-days official program to meet the members of Tibet support groups in the aforementioned countries.

Speaker Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel will be departing for Delhi from Dharamsala on Nov 12 and from there, he will depart for Riga, Latvia, the next day. From Nov 14-17, he will be commencing with his official program and thereafter, on Nov 18, he will set out towards Brussel, Belgium. From Nov 19 to 20, he will continue with his official program at the said locality and then, depart for Paris, France on Nov 21, where he will carry out his official program from Nov 22 to 23.

He is scheduled to return to Delhi from Paris, France on Nov 24 and then to Dharamsala early morning the next day on Nov 25.
