The Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile released its book “Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, an introduction and insight” today and was distributed. The book gives an introduction of Tibetan Democracy in Exile as introduced by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1959 and the evolution of Tibetan Democracy from 1st to the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile. It also gives an introduction of Kashag (Cabinet), it’s functioning and bio-data of the members of the parliament and cabinet ministers.
