The third and fourth day of 3rd session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament continued the proceedings of approving the proposed budget of the Central Tibetan Administration for the financial year 2017-2018 chaired by speaker, Khenpo Sonam Tenphel. The afternoon session of the third day was presided by Deputy Speaker Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok.
