DHARAMSHALA: As per the invitations proffered towards the members of the All Party Indian Parliamentarian Forum for Tibet for various official Programs of Central Tibetan Administration, Chief guest, formal Industry and Transport Minister, Mr. Kishan Kapoor and Special Guest, Co-Convener of the All Party Indian Parliamentarian Forum for Tibet and a member of Parliament, Mr. Ninong Ering were especially greeted and honored with mementos by the Deputy Speaker on behalf of members of the standing committee of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile during the celebration on His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama,’s 82nd birthday anniversary at Thekchen Choeling TsuLakhang on 6th July.
