Tibetan Parliament delegates led by Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok, Dy. Speaker and Members of political section of the standing committee met with the Speaker, Dy. Speaker and other members of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the winter session to be held from 19th to 23rd December, 2016.

Dy. Speaker, Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok presented a souvenir and a request letter to Hon Brij Bihari Lal Butail, Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Hon Jagat Singh Negi, Deputy Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, for high-tea arrangement by the Tibetan Parliament in Exile as tribute for the Legislative Assembly members during this winter session at Vidhan Sabha, Dharamsala. Hon. Speaker after discussing with Hon. Chief Minister decided to accept our request to organize high-tea either on 21st or 22nd of December.

Hon Speaker, Shri Brij Bihari Lal Butail congratulated the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and also intends to host a luncheon to the members of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and dignitaries of CTA by the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
