Dharamshala: A parliamentary delegation, including MP Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende and MP Wangdue Dorjee, is scheduled to visit Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia from November 10 to 16, 2024.

The delegation will arrive in Vilnius, Lithuania, on November 10, where they will have engagements over the following days. On November 12, they will travel to Riga, Latvia, for scheduled programs, before departing for Tallinn, Estonia. In Estonia, they will participate in various engagements before returning to India on November 16.
