Speaker Pema Jungney Congratulates Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Governor of Maharashtra

Dharamsala: Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Pema Jungney on behalf of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, conveyed his heartiest congratulations to Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari for being appointed as the new Governor of Maharashtra.
In the congratulatory letter, he wrote “You have been a long term staunch supporter for the Tibetan Community and its struggle especially when you were the member of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha”
He also wrote about the Tibetan Parliamentary delegation who had a privilege to meet him in Delhi despite his busy schedule.

He also wrote, “During your tenure as the Working President of Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch and also being a Co-convener of the All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet from 2015 – 2018, you have always attended and blessed all the meetings with your valuable knowledge and suggestions.”

“As invited by the Central Tibetan Administration in 2011, you came to Dharamshala to attend the official oath ceremony of the democratically elected Political Leader. We are eternally grateful for your unconditional support to the Tibet” he wrote.
