Dharamsala : Chaired by Speaker Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, the 5th day of the Fourth session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile continued with the debate on the 2016-17 report of the Department of Home.
Home Kalon Mr. Sonam Topgyal Khorlatsang answered the various questions raised by the concerned parliamentarians.
Thereafter, Mr. Lhakhang Tsering Topgyal, Secretary to the Tibetan Parliamentary Secretariat, read out the leave applications
of the parliamentarians and the proceedings of the next sittings.
The session adjourned from 12:30 in the noon to be resumed on Sept 25 at 9:30 am.
