Chaired by the Speaker, Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, the second day of the 4th session began with the continuation of the debate on the 2016-17 Report of Department of Religion and Culture with answers and clarifications by its Kalon Ven. Karma Gelek Yutok.

The debate concluded in the evening at 3:23 pm and thereafter, commenced with the 2016-17 Report of Department of Home.

Mr. Sonam Topgyal Khorlatsang, Home Kalon, tabled the 2016-17 précis report of the concerned department.

 

Parliamentarian Ven Tenpa Yarphel presented the review of the detailed report by the Standing Committee and was supported by Parliamentarian Ven. Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen.

 

 

Parliamentarian Ven Tenpa Yarphel also presented the motion for debate on the 2016-17 report of the Department of Home་with unanimous approval and paved way for the debate with answers and clarifications by Home Kalon.

The session was adjourned at 5:00 pm till 9:30 am next morning.
