DHARAMSHALA: Deputy Speaker Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok and Geshe Monlam Tharchin of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will leave Dharamshala on 3rd May to conduct a five-day workshop on Strengthening of democracy at grass root level to the members of Local Tibetan Assembly and Settlement Officers of North Eastern Tibetan settlements Miao Choephelling, Shillong, Tezu Dhargyeling, Tenzingang and Tuting at Shillong from 6th to 10th May.

They will come back to Dharamshala on 13th may.
