DHARAMSHALA: Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel and parliament member Gyarik Thar of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will leave Dharamshala on 15 June to conduct a five-day workshop on Strengthening of democracy at grass root level to the members of Local Tibetan Assembly and Settlement Officers of Gangtok, Kunphenling Ravangla, Kalimpong and settlement officer, members of the Tibetan Freedom Movement of Darjeeling and a coordinator of Sonada at Gangtok from 18 to 22 June.

They will come back to Dharamshala on 24 June.
