Dharamshala – Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile taught Charters of Tibetans-in-Exile to newly recruited CTA staff from 28th August to 29th August 2019 at Administrative Training and Welfare Society organized by Public Service Commission of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA).
The Speaker elucidated the new recruits on all 11 chapters and 115 articles of Charter of Tibetans-in-Exile. He also lectured on difference between Charter and Constitution, drafting of Charter of Tibetans-in Exile, and amendments in the Charter.
The workshop is organized for 45 days for induction training to 26 new CTA recruits
