Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Pema Jungney

Dharamsala: On receiving invitation, Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Pema Jungney on behalf of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will attend the closing of 13th Tibetan College Students’ Conference at Drepung Loseling, Mundgod South India as a chief guest.
Speaker will be leaving from Dharamsala on Feb 26 and attend ceremony. Thereafter, he will return to Dharamsala on March 1.
