Speaker of the Tibetan parliament-in-Exile khenpo Sonam Tenphel will leave for Paonta Sahib, H.P as a Special Guest of the 50^th founding anniversary (Golden Jubilee) of Paonta Choelsum Tibetan settlement on 21^st April. He will be leaving from Dharamshala on 20^th April to attend the function. He will be coming back to Dharamshala on 22^nd April.
