The speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile was invited to attend the closing day of the First Special General Body Meeting as the Chief Guest of All India Tibetan Refugee Traders Association(TRTA) on 13th April. He will be leaving from Dharamsala on 12th April to attend the General Meeting.
