Riga: The 7th World Parliamentarians’ Convention on Tibet which was held from 7 May 2019 to 10 May 2019 in Riga, Latvia adopted the Riga Declaration and Riga Action Plan after four days of the conference.

The Convention chaired by Hon. Elisabeth Toutut-Picard, Member of French National Assembly and President of Tibet Study Group, and presented by Prof. Michael Van Walt Praag, President, Kreddha and Professor of international Relations and international law and Ms. Christa Meindersma, advocacy and Communications Director, ICT Europe adopted the Riga Declaration and the Riga Action Plan on 10 May 2019.
