DHARAMSHALA: Mr. Ngawang Tharpa and Lobsang Dakpa, members of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile are visiting Tibetan settlements and Tibetan Schools in  Dehradun, India from 18th to 27th May. They will address the settlement people and school children.

They are leaving Dharamshala for Dickyiling Tibetan Settlement, Sahastradhara, Dehradun on 17th May.
