Dharamshala As per the program of 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile to visit and meet the Parliament members, Tibet support groups, think tanks and officials all over the world as well as to garner more support for the cause of Tibet, a delegation representing the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile comprising of Parliamentarians Geshe Lharampa Gowo Lobsang Phende, Kunga Sotop, Lobsang Dakpa, and  Tsering Lhamo is officially going to visit France, Belgium, and the Netherlands from 16 to 24 November 2019.

The delegation members are scheduled to depart from Delhi on 15 November 2019.

They will return back to Delhi on 30 November 2019
